Cancellation Policy
At Walker Tax & Bookkeeping, we value the time of all our clients and our team. As busy tax professionals, we are often working under strict deadlines, and our time is limited. In order to maintain a high level of service and ensure that we are able to provide the necessary time and attention to each client, we have implemented the following policy for scheduled meetings: Meeting Cancellations: We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, and we are happy to accommodate changes when possible. However, meetings must be canceled at least 1 hour in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the meeting or clients who do not show up for a scheduled meeting will incur a $10 fee. This fee helps offset the time lost and ensures that we are able to serve other clients effectively. Our team is committed to offering quality service and meeting deadlines, which means we must adhere strictly to our scheduled times. Please respect our time, as we strive to be punctual and efficient in our work for you and other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
